It’s Peanut Butter Cookie Time!

3 ingredients, 1 bowl, and less than 10 minutes is all you need.

They’re dense, peanut buttery, and hit the spot when dunked in milk. Even better, they’re 125 calories a piece with 2 grams of protein, 2 grams of fiber, and only 5 grams of sugar.

Recipe:

1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut flour

Mix all together, roll into balls, placed on greased cookie sheet, do the traditional little cross hatch with a fork to press them down, and bake at 350F for just 5-8 minutes. Keep an eye on them because they bake up fast. Let cool, and eat!
