A presentation that’s sure to wow.

With or without the pineapple bowl, this is a super easy, super tasty substitute to that MSG-laden crap that takes 30 minutes to arrive and 30 minutes to make you hungry again anyway!

1/2 onion, diced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
3 carrots, diced
1 small zucchini, diced (or peas, if you like them)
1 half head cauliflower, finely chopped like rice
1 cup chopped pineapple
3 egg whites, optional
1/4 cup water chestnuts, optional
1/2 cup baby corn, optional

To taste:
Sesame oil
Soy sauce/tamari/coconut aminos
Grated or fresh ginger
Black pepper
Silvered almonds or crushed peanuts

Get to Work:
Sweat the onions in a wok with a dash of salt, 3-5 minutes.
Add garlic, 2 minutes.
Add carrot and zucchini or peas, a few more minutes.
Add cauliflower and pineapple, a few more minutes.
Add optional egg whites, cook until scrambled.
Add water chestnuts, baby corn, and rest of seasonings to taste. Serve in pineapple bowl. Or  a regular bowl.
