In the admittedly few recipes I have thus far, I’ve found a reason to make fudge twice. I have a chocolate problem. I’m a woman. Shocker.

If you are so inclined to try the nut-date-cocoa version I made previously (which is a lot like a Larabar), click here.

If you want to try something super smooth and decadent that only gets better the longer it sits in the fridge, try this:

1/4 cup really hot water
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/3 cup coconut cream
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sifted cocoa powder
*Whisk everything together, freeze till set, cut into squares, store uncovered in refrigerator. It’s that easy!

And since you all know by now that I’m big into YouTube tutorials, here’s the how-to. Try not to eat them off the screen!
